# Quickstart

> Start trading on Avadix in under 2 minutes.

Follow these simple steps to make your first prediction on the Avadix platform.

<Note>
  Avadix is currently live on the **Avalanche Fuji Testnet**. All trades use testnet AVAX, which has no real-world value.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Get a Web3 Wallet">
    Download and install [MetaMask](https://metamask.io/) or [Core Wallet](https://core.app/).
    Ensure your network is set to **Avalanche Fuji Testnet**.

  <Step title="Claim Testnet AVAX">
    You need testnet AVAX to pay for gas and place trades.
    Visit the [Avalanche Faucet](https://core.app/tools/testnet-faucet/?subnet=c\&token=c), connect your wallet, and request test AVAX.

  <Step title="Connect to Avadix">
    Go to [avadix.xyz](https://avadix.xyz) and click the **Connect Wallet** button in the top right corner.

  <Step title="Place Your First Trade">
    Navigate to the **Markets** page. Find a market you are interested in, choose your outcome (**YES** or **NO**), enter the amount of AVAX you want to trade, and confirm the transaction in your wallet!
